A.  Metal Corrugated  Culvert Pipe roll forming machine Line features:

 1. The culvert pipe roll forming machine’s bed gantry adapts the closed structure, strengthened and annealing process to eliminate the internal stress. High strength and rigidity ,high working accuracy.

 2. The machine is 22 meters totally in length,brought in advanced technology design. Transmission system is composed of 24 planetary reductors connected with the lower rollers. Each reductor is driven by a unique motor to ensure each of the lower roller gear stable and suffecient force of transmission. Low wastage,steady and long working life. Low working noise.

3. All bearings of rollers are center adjusting rolling bearings which have heavy duty and low loss.

      4. Color touch screen + PLC program controller, easy to operate and monitor the forming process clearly.

 5. Safety guard system:

when emergency happens, operator can easily stop the equipment and shutdown the system as to ensure the security of equipment and working staff.

6. The design is specific because the requirement was for the machine to bend a corrugated sheet, which has a much larger section modulus (measure of stiffness) than the plane flat sheet. Thus, all the bending rolls have slide blocks at their ends, sliding in guide-ways and are driven in translation via worm and pinion gear boxes. The rotation to the synchronized gear boxes is provided by hydraulic motors.

7. The frames are from high strength steel, laser cut, welded, stress-relieved, sand blasted and then precision machined. Top and pinching rolls are driven by independent hydraulic motors. Raising and lowering of the pinching roll is also accomplished by hydraulic motor/ worm and pinion gearboxes. The drop-end is manual, the hydraulic version is optional. Hydraulic units are by Japan Yuken. All electrical components are France Schneider

8. Bend dies material is GCr15 or 40Cr,and processed by induction hardened to HRC 58-62,longer working life. Bend dies can be replaced with different specifications according to different roller corrugated sheets.

9. Roller steel sheets max thickness is 6mm(Q235), Max width 1500m, max corrugate depth 50mm. Material quenched 45# steel.
