A. Metal corrugated culvert pipe making machine features:
1.The machine body is quenching,tempering and annealing processed,steady,strong.
2.It adopts press rolling technology by up rollers and down rollers,gradually roll the metal sheet to be arc shape.
The shaft of rollers is corrugated shape. .Special design of bend dies makes the length of sheet ends shorter.
3. The four rollers are driven by four hydraulic motors. Germany FAG bearing, drive steadily, drive steadily,heavy duty and low loss.
4. Driven oil pump adopts double piston rod structure, high positioning accuracy.
5. The corrugated dies material is 40Cr,processed by induction quenching, longer life!
6. 10.4 inch touch screen and PLC control system, high working efficiency and higher rolling accuracy!
7.Safety guard system:
when emergency happens, operator can easily stop the equipment and shutdown the system as to
ensure the security of equipment and working staff.
