How to make Honduras San Andres SHG
At farm side: harvest, pre-cleaning, pulping, mucilage removal, washing and sorting by density, drying mainly on patio or dryin bed (sometimes by machine depending on weather)
At factory: cleaning (foreign material removal), hulling, screen sorting S17up = 75%, density sorting, air sorting, electric color sorting 10 defect in 300g. by NY method, packing, container loading.
