Water based matt finish release film,It is kind of film suitable for water based printing ink with polished finish back and dull polish for printing side.It will have matt finish effects after printing.

The product surface is smooth and clean with even coating having no defects of scratch, particle, bubble, pinhole and etc.

The product has the advantages of good physical and mechanic properties with small thickness tolerance, low thermal shrinkage, good flexibility, excellent release effects having no eletrostatic field with back silicon coated which is water based, environmentally friendly and etc.

It is suitable for thermal transfer printing factory, pyrograph factory and printing of transfer trade marks, transfer patterns, washing marks and etc.for various kinds of garments. Transfer thermal printing has a temperature of 130-150 degree for 5-8 seconds with a pressure of 4-5KG.
