Cold tearing and hot tearing matt gloss transfer printing film,It is suitable for silk screen printing and colour printing. It is widely used for thermal transfer printing pyrograph products with textiles,leather like materials, garment accessories and etc.

Its base material is PET which is formed by coating a layer of mat gloss release agent. When printing, sharp and high temperature objects shall be prevented from being contacted as far as possible in order to prevent impact on the results.

Under the colour printing process, handle with care and avoid colour printing patterns from scratch. Products after colour printing shall not be piled up in order to prevent printed articles from back binding.

It is optimal to put them on a multi-level shelf and then they shall be put in a dehumidifier room for dehumidification with 40°C for 12H,then silk screen printing shall be conducted after drying of printing ink of colour printing.

Release surface of this film has good pigmentation with strong temperature resistance and excellent release effects having thermoprinting technology with 130-150 degree for 6-15 seconds.

This film is suitable for water- based and oil based silk screen printing ink. After silk screen printing, baking temperature shall be better 50°C-65°C in order to avoid slight film deformation with excessive high temperature resulted in non-accurate sleeve position. It is printed side, you may also try to figure it out that it is face side or back side by using a transparent adhesive tape.

The material used is anti-back binding material, when packing, there is no need to use anti-binding paper for separation. The product has even coating which is not easy to be worn out on transfer thermoprinted articles.

Regular thickness is 75UM and 100UM. Regular specifications are 39CM*54CM and 48CM*64CM. There are 500PCS in one package with favorable price offer. Other specifications can be tailor made. We have abundant supply on a long term basis.
