It can take the place of traditional offset thermal transfer printing backing paper,wax series hot tearing release membrane and silicon series cold tearing release membrane.Temperature for thermal transfer printing is between 130°C and 150°C.

There will be no colour residual at all for thermal transfer effects as there is back coating layer for anti-adhesion which prevents the waste as a result of adhesion from long distance transport and pressure so that it can save the costs of adding separating paper and transport.

It is well processed with multi-layers of coatings having quick absorption of ink layer for easy drying with highly smooth surface. Ideal results can be achieved for fine patterns or colour block printing.

It is suitable for the following printing methods such as: colour printing, silk screen printing, gravure printing and flexographic printing for pyrograph products.

It is suitable for the following thermal transfer printing materials such as: thermal resistant fabrics of cotton, polyester, cotton polyester blended fabrics, EVA, non-woven fabrics, leather and etc.
