Circulation system

intake fan

2 sets of intake fans, 4kw each, air flow 25000m³/h total.

exhaust fan

1 set of exhaust fan, 5.5 kw, air flow 15000m³/h total.

Purification system

Dual filtering structure, the primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. Its filtering rate reaches 98%.Fibreglass filter for the bottom.

Heating system

Italy Riello G20 Diesel Burner or BT26 Diesel Burner, 200000Kcal/h.Stainless steel heat exchanger ,argon arc welding, pneumatic actuator for changing spraying and baking.

Lighting system

8x4 tubes (48 quot long, 36w lamps) on the ceiling.6x4 tubes (48 quot long, 36w lamps) on the wall. Philips lamps.Deluxe light box.

Controlling system

Spray/baking switch,light switch,breakdown alarm,emergency stop.
