Purification system

Dual filtering structure, the primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. Its filtering rate reaches 98%.Fibreglass filter for the bottom.

Heating system

Italy Riello G10 Diesel Burner, 180000Kcal/h.Stainless steel heat exchanger ,argon arc welding,auto-damper door for changing spraying and baking.

Lighting system

8x4 tubes (48 quot long, 36w lamps) on the ceiling.4x4 tubes (48quot long, 20w lamps) on the wall. Philips lamps.Ecotron light box.

Controlling system

Spray/baking switch,light switch,breakdown alarm,emergency stop.
