ZY High efficiency Horizontal mixer

Description 

Horizontal biaxial ribbon mixer stirs dry materials, powder, for the purpose of uniform mixing.

When stirring, the material does complex movement by two opposite direction of the rotor move

-ment, biaxial blade makes materials rotate along the machine drive slot wall in clockwise and

anticlockwise directions, near the axis , the material do the axis of rotation, axial pushes from

inside to both sides ,the outside spiral does axis of rotation with the material close to the side,

axial pushes from both sides to inside , so that cause convection circulation, shear mixing,

materials can complete rapid mixed in a relatively short time.

Working principle

This machine consists of two parts, feeding and stirring mixer.
1. The feeding part: The material feed in from the feed hopper , through the screw
blade,To upgrade the material to the mixer into the mixing drum for mixing.
2. Mixing part : when the material feeds into the mixing barrel, to cross back and forth
movement, and mixing effect is good.

Application

Horizontal ribbon mixer applies to pesticides, veterinary drugs, food, chemical,
biological, breeding industry, ceramics, refractory material, plastic, compound
fertilizer, such as solid - solid (powder and powder) solid - plasma (i.e., powder and
rubber slurry) mix, specifically adapted to viscous material mix
