Twin motor rotary electric units provide an up and down linear vibrating action offering the ideal motion required for the best densification. The motor-type electric units are mechanically adjustable to vary force output, but can also be supplied with a variable speed inverter type AC motor controller for remote variable RPM control.

• Compaction of products in containers

Compaction reduces a shipping container size or increases the same
shipping container weight and/or reduces shipping costs when rates are
based on volume and not weight.

Products range from powders and granules to lollipops to small manufactured
metal or plastics parts. Essentially, any product that compacts during the
shipping process can be compacted during the filling process.

• Non-destructive testing

 Sizing the vibratory drive for precast concrete or ceramic depends on:

        1.  “slump” of mix
        2.   weight of concrete
        3.   weight of form                                       
        4.   weight of table top
        5.   weight of vibratory drive
