3000KN Computer Control Compression Testing Machine / Concrete Compressive Strength Testing Machine

 

I. Introduction

YAW-3000 automatic compression testing machine is mainly used to test compression strength of building material just like concrete, cement and brick. It is a high-tech general-type automatic testing machine that integrates mechanics, electronics and hydraulic.

II  program description

1.  host

2.  the transmission system: Electric screw.

3.  hydraulic system   
Hydraulic oil tank high pressure pump driven by the motor into the circuit, flows through the check valve, high pressure filter, pressure valve, servo valve, into the cylinder. Computer control signals to the servo valve, the control and direction of the servo valve opening to control the flow into the cylinder to achieve constant test force control.

 
4. control system
System including digital servo valve, high-precision sensors, controllers and software, high control precision and reliability. Meet the GB, ISO, ASTM and other standards on cement, mortar, concrete and other materials testing requirements.
System has the following features:
-closed-loop control with force
-such as loading rate to achieve load or other stress rate loading;
-the use of computer realization of electronic measurement, automated test;
-computer automatically calculates the results and print reports.
-Test Report can design their own export to Excel

5.  safety devices
When the test force exceeds the maximum test force of 3%, the overload protection, oil pump motor stops.
