OFE  serial fryer is our latest product based on upgrading of technology of conventional

vertical fryers and integrating of computerized control and LCD monitor control technologies in

stead of relay controls. New technology facilitates handling and operation, at the same time,

provides better control over timing and temperature monitoring.

The machine is structured with stainless steel to facilitate its utilization in restaurants, hotels and

other catering spaces.

Automatic control over timing and temperature greatly brings advantages to its daily use and

operation. The machine is also featured with its controllable fry temperature, 200℃, large volume

and capacity, easy handling, power efficiency and a oil filtering unit locating at the bottom of the

fryer, which enables multiple filtration for the oil we use just to extend oil service life, improve

quality and cut oil expense.
