h13 tool steel is a kind of electroslag remelting steel, the steel has high hardenability and thermal crack resistance. Its carbon and vanadium content are very high, so that it has good wear resistance, and toughness is relatively less, but it has good heat resistance, it has good strength and hardness in high temperature, it also has high wear resistance and toughness and good comprehensive mechanical properties and high resistance to tempering stability. It can be used in all kinds of forging die, hot extrusion die and precision die which in producing the large Impact load product.

for the h13 tool steel , the Process can be  EAF + LF + VD +(ESR) + Forged + Heat Treatment (optional)

and the Delivery condition can be  Hot forged +Rough machined (black surface after Q/T)+ Turned (optional)

as for Technical Data,we should be according to the customer's requirement of Chemical Composition, Physical Properties and Mechanical Testing
