Users can transparently link backbone equipmentssuch as switches, routers to LAN workgroup segments. Because each channel operates independently, new modules may be added as required.This flexibility allows the unit to grow with the network. Installation is easy, simply slide module into the chassis and the media is connected.All of the RACK2000B  modules are hot swappable thus eliminating costly networkdowntime. RACK2000B  series converter rack fits cleanly into any network environment. Witha slim low profile chassis and a mix of 10Mbps, 100Mbps and Gigabit media convertercards, the RACK2000B  becomes the perfect solution for connecting today's evolving networks.
