1. It utilizes hot water circulation to sterilize, warm water to pre-cool, and cold water to cool. The sterilizing temperature and time are adjustable. 2. It is applicable to pasteurize various the pop-cans, PET bottles, glasses and so on. When the containers through the tunnel, they have been sprinkled by water which in different temperature, they are preheated stage, heating-up stage (sterilizing stage), and cooling stage. 3. There are the front-end of sterilization which is heating regularly stage and the back-end stage is cooling regularly stage. Both of them are very important. From that it can avoid to change the original taste when it is too hot, and also can prevent to brake the bottles when the container suffer the heat stress changes suddenly. 4. In the tunnel pasteurizing machine, our company ordinary adopted the spray mouth system (Installing a larger spray mouth), the hot water through the spray mouth spouts to the containers).
