1.This machine is the present canned food factory carries on the pasteurization to fruit pulp food which is the most ideal equipment. Sterilization time stepless speed regulation. The theory is that: Arch canned elevator installed by the machine into the conveyor system, can change a horizontal shaft, the elevator may variable speed, to achieve and to the main engine speed matching. 2.The main motor of sterilization installed a proximity switch, after match the speed, the pouring cans are carried into conveyer belt one by one. When the fist can felt by the proximity switch, it will take by the electromagnet pull the handspike, then push the whole lines of cans into the sterilization bracket. 3.Under the running of the bracket, cans are bring into the water trough dong sterilizing. In the hot water trough, there are several lines steam heat-pipes and two thermographs to measure high and low temperature. The hot-water trough will be heat when its lower than the standard, so do the opposite situation and electromagnet will close. The cold water trough must have cold water to cooling the cans. Cool water is generally from running water.
