Processing Brief Introduction: 

CNC Machining 

CNC is a subtractive rapid prototyping fabrication process for creating plastic or meatal prototypes. The material is removed from a solid block by Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment that cuts the extra materialaway .

Different various materials are available.

 

CNC Machining Superiority 

Tolerance 0.01_0.05mm .The cost will be competitive relatively ,based on the geometry. High Quality but Low Cost  

 

3D Printer 

A liquid bonding agent selectively deposited to join powder. You can print multiple metal parts at once in various 

materials. 

 

RTV 

Cast Urethanes, RTV Molding and Polyurethanes (Polys) all refer to a low volume production method that produces parts from a Polyurethane plastic material for prototyping purposes.These parts have material properties similar to production like plastics. It is possible to make these parts appear just like hard tooled plastic parts through surface finish, color, accuracy, and material properties. Cast Urethanes are ideal for marketing samples, test prototypes, or other situations where l-100 pieces are required, but time and money do not allow a prototype injection-molded tool to be produced 

 

SLA

Stereo lithography (SLA) is an additive manufacturing process using a vat of liquid UV-curable photo polymer and a UV laser to build your parts one layer at a time. On each layer, the laser beam traces a part cross-section pattern on the surface of the liquid resin. Exposure to the UV laser light cures, or, solidifies the pattern traced on the resin and adheres it to the layer below. Layer by layer your 3D data becomes a solid part.  

 

SLS

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)is an additive manufacturing process that uses a high power CO2 laser to fuse small particles of plastic, metal, ceramic, or glass powders into a mass representing a desired 3-dimensional object. The laser selectively fuses powdered material by scanning cross-sections generated from 3-D data of the part on the surface of a powder bed. After each cross-section is scanned, the powder bed is lowered by one layer thickness,a new layer of material is applied on top with a roller, and the process is repeated until the part is completed.  

 

Poly jet

Polyjet (PJet) is an additive manufacturing process using inkjet print heads to deposit UV-curable photo polymer

which is then cured by UV lamps, to build your parts a layer at a time. On each layer the machine deposits a 

cross-section pattern on the surface of the build platen. Exposure to the UV lamp light cures, or, solidifies the pattern sprayed on the resin and adheres it to the layer below. Layer by layer your 3D data becomes a solid part. 

 

FDM 

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is an additive manufacturing process that lays down material in layers. A plastic ilament is unwound from a coil and supplies material to an extrusion nozzle which can turn on and off the flow.The nozzle is heated to melt the material and can be moved in both horizontal and vertical directions by a numerically controlled table, directly controlled by a computeraided manufacturing software package. The model or part is produced by extruding small beads of thermoplastic material to form layers as the material hardens 

immediately after extrusion from the nozzle.
