Q1 What is rapid prototype ?

A: Rapid prototyping provides you visual effect of the 3D models from the design. According to the prototype, 

you can validate the precision, rationality, aesthetics and the accuracy of the structural design. Rapid prototyping

will be helpful for inspection before take it into mass production .It also can save a lot of time for the rapid prototyping.

Q2 What is the MOQ?

A: Minimum Order Quantity is one piece/set.

Q3 Could you do the mass production?

A: Yes, we have three in one industry line, from design to production.  After you test the prototype, then you 

want put it into mass production, we can produce it for you easily, no more middlemen, no more conflict when

problems turns up.

 Q4 which 3d drawing files should go with the machines?

A: CNC machines only read *IGS,*STP,*STEP,*IGES,*X-T format, For *STL format, it goes with 3d printer and SLA.

 Q5 what is your added value service?

A:Well,When you want to change the color during the process ,and we could change it if it wont influence the 

tolerance ,and when there is something problem with the design or drawing files, our engineers or CTO can 

cooperate with the problem and figure it out.

 Q6 what process do you have?

Q7 how can I get a fast quotation?

 A:Once we get  three information below:   a) 3d drawings(in igs ,igs ,stp ,step ,x-t format ) as well as 2d drawing files  

 b) CMF (color, material, and surface finishing information),   c) quantity, and then we would quote you as soon as 

    possible.

1.How long does it take to get a quote?

   We can typically provide quotes as quickly as in1 or 2 hours, however depending on the complexity of              production & scope of subcontracting, quotes can sometimes require up to 1 or 2 days to accurately assess.

2. How do I get a quote?

   At Tuowei Prototype, getting a quote is fast, friendly, and easy. Anyone of our English speaking International    Sales Representatives or Project Managers will be more than happy to assist you.Just send us your design      and engineering production specifications,PDF,CMF, and 3D data in file formats: (.iges or .step for CNC          Machining) & (.stl for 3D Printing),and we will provide you with a quote for designing ideas, prototyping              models,or mass production.

3. What are your payment terms?

    Our payment terms are as follows:
    Bank confirmation of receipt of advanced payment for 50% of the cost of the project is required before             production begins.
    Bank confirmation of receipt of the remaining balance is required before shipment of the products.3. Clients     are liable for all shipping costs incurred.

4. Do you sign NDAs?

     Non-Disclosure Agreement forms for clients to sign and/or we can sign NDAs provided and sent to us from        clients.
