1.Decription:

 

YC-E501T-8/E71T-8 is a kind of cargon steel self-shielded flux cored wire, which is suitable for all position welding. It has excellent low temperature and high toughness. The arc has strong penetration power with spurting appearance. It operates on DCSP(Direct Current Straight Polarity) with beautiful welding appearance and easy slag removal. It mainly used for welding pipe laying,gas pipeline,offshore oil rig and other structural steel .

 

 

2.Application:

 

Self-shielded flux cored wire is used for pipe laying outside,where high low temperature toughess is required,also may use in the low-alloy high-tensile steel to be automatic,themanual welding,

 

3. Dry extension of electrode should be controled between 15mm and 25mm.
