Roller Briquette Press

(For oval, square and pillow shape briquettes)

This type of briquette press have two larger rollers in a fixed position in the frame, the other two smaller

rollers are moveable. As its named implied, it has four rollers and do twice pressing in production of 

briquettes, so the briquette is stronger and in higher density, the surface of briquettes is smoother.

Applicable feedstock

1. Briquetting after crushing the feedstock of plant straw, grain husk, peanut shell, cotton rod, wood chip, sawdust, branch,

 bark, bamboo powder, wood timbering, forest residual and household refuse, etc.

2. Keep moisture of the feedstock at around 15% and their size should be less than 20mm (there is no need to crush 

peanut shell, but the wood chips should be in 3-5mm).
