Application
SCL-61 In-line ultrasonic flow meter is suitable for industrial environments, especially under the condition with electromagnetic interference.
Special Features
1.SCL-61 In-line ultrasonic flowmeter operates with advanced multi-pulse, DSP digital signal processing and error correction technologies.
2.The ultrasonic flow meter is battery powered with a micropower consumption design and a measuring cycle of one second .
It can work uninterruptedly for a period of over 10 years with only one battery(power consumption: <0.5mW)
3.The ultrasonic flow meter is of a through-bore design and has no mechanical moving parts.
4. The ultrasonic flow meter is highly sensitive to a minimal starting flowrate with a high accuracy.(A flow velocity as low as 0.002m/s can be
detected).
5.Two design versions are available,i.e. the ordinary and 2-way versions to cater to the different needs of users.
6.The meters are in conformity with "Standard on Ultrasonic Flowmeter for Water Supply and Drainage Application"(CJ/T3063/1997)-a standard formulated by the Ministry of Construction of the People’s Republic of China.
7.EX-factory calibration of the meter is made in accordance with P.R.C callibration regulations as specified in "Ultrasonic Flowmeter "JJG 1030-2007.
8. The meter passed the CE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 certificates.
