Plant tissue protein production line is my company which to adapt to the requirements of the food market, it is based on years of the development of new equipment experience. The machine use low-temperature soybean meal or peanut meal as raw materials, produce new foods such as lean meat state (commonly known as artificial meat), looks like muscle and taste like mastication. It can be widely used in ham, sausage, canned food, fast food, frozen food production. Nowadays, with the increasing of people's lives, Jinan meiteng artificial plant meat production is not only nutritional but also the health benefits to the human body, 54 % plant protein to be much higher nutritional than the animal protein. 

Products :This line can be used to produce plant protein food, used in ham, cam, fast food, instant-cool food. 

Raw materials :Soybean powder, peanut meal. 

Capacity :180-220kg/h, 300-500kg/h 

Machine material :All the machines are made by Stainless steel 201, If you have special requirement, we also have ss304, ss316.  

Voltage :Chinese Input Voltage is 380V/ 50Hz /3, If it is different from yours, we will adjust it. 

Process Flow :

Mixer---extruder---vibrate cooler---air conveyor---roasting oven---cooling conveyor---(packing machine)

3.packing&shipping

 Payment term:30% of total amount by T/T in advance as down payment, we will complete the whole line within 40 days, the rest 70% paid by TT after the buyer test the machine in seller’s factory and before we make delivery.

Package: Wooden case for export, fit for multiple handing and long distance marine shipping. 

Delivery time: Seller should get all the goods ready and ship the goods to the destination port within 30 days after receiving the total amount price.

 1: If we buy machines, what is the after-sale service? 

we will send the engineer to buyer’s factory. Offer the trainee program, start the related food production as customer request.

2: If machines wearable parts need to change, what should we do?

we will offer the wearable parts all the time. And offer the on-line video instruction for the operation.

3: What is the payment terms if we want to buy the machines?

Usually it is 30% by T/T, pay the balance by T/T before delivery or L/C at sight
