Product FAQ:

 

1.All electric element base on 220V/50HZ,if the voltage is higher than 230v or lower 210v,then use a transformer or stable supply unit, if you need to change please consult our sales.

 

2.Cleaning :

   a)Remove the head from the machine ,wash the dismounted parts with clean water then reassemble them.

   b)Remember to disassemble the head and the tray to wash after each use as to avoid bacteria growth.

 

Daily Checking:

1,Before use, check the power supply corresponds to the requirements of the machine,And the external wire is connected!

2.Before mincing, remove skin and bone from the meat and cut them into small pieces

3.use the supplied plastic stick to feed the pieces into the machine .don't use other tools.

4.if the minced meat jammed the headmfirst check whether the mincing blade contact properly with the discharge plate,then check whether the blade edge is dull.
