PID temperature control technology has a fine control of heating process, during which the target temperature can be reached quickly and accurate temperature control is carried out, with heated temperature as high as 340°C and long time of continuous and stable operation.
Stainless steel work plates are of good heat uniformity and resistance to chemical corrosion. The heating type magnestic stirrer can be joined with an outside temperature sensor , which is plug and play, and can monitor the actual temperature of samples in real-time.
With RS232 computer communication ports, remote-controlled, the real-time working curve can be shown and the data saved.
LCD display interface makes it easy to view the revolving speed and temperature values on line, as well as monitor the working status.
Afterheat warning function above 50°Cand display of heating plate residual temperature after power off can fully secure users.
The external temperature sensor has a good control of medium temperature, with sensor control accuracy up to 0.2 °C.
Brushless DC motor runs quietly, and has more advantages of safe, explosion-proof and free of maintenance.
Equipped with independent safety circuits, in which safety temperature of work plate can be set, and automatic power-off of heating plate is realized when safety temperature is exceeded, then work plate will stop being heated.
Stainless steel plate gives an excellent performance in resistance to chemical corrosion and high temperature.
Whole enclosed aluminium alloy shell can have good corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
