EDI (Electrodeionization) is one kind of new mature water treatment technology integrating two kinds of deionizing technology-Electrodialysis deionization technology and Mixed-bed deionization technology.
With unique design, It makes inlet water pass freshwater room filled with self-born resin, and makes the impurity ion in water absorbed by resin, thus gain pure water. while resin gains pollution-free regeneration under the effect of Water Hydrolysis in DC electric field, can keep resin active. but impurity ion released will move directionally under effect of DC electric field enter into concentrated water room through ion-selective membrane, then is taken away.
Such a purge process goes on continuously,
purification- regeneration- purification.., achieve the object of producing ultrapure water continuously and effectively.
