Nonwoven Wiper

 

Professional application for SMT cleanroom environment.

Cleanroom wipers fabricated from a hydroentangled, nonwoven blend of cellulose and polyester.

This fabric blend combines the highly absorbent properties of a nature fiber with the cleanliness and strength of a synthetic.

This kind is designed for the cleanroom which requires lower cleanliness. It is ideal especially for use in class1000 and class10000 cleanrooms in CD disk, printed circuit board and electronic components.

With its low particle counts, low extractable levels and sowent resistance.

This wipers can be also prepacked in the wet environment which consist of IPA and DI water with different proportion.

The material of this kind can make in the form of rollwipers with various specification based on our clients' requirements.
