Variability as the Nano polymer particles have and Network structure as the Modification of natural fibers have, after entering into the leakage path, firstly, the Modification of natural fibers make bridge on the micro cracks, then Elastic particles rapidly form thin film filter cakes at the function of the high viscosity structure of Nano polymer particles, thus enhancing the stratum’s ability of pressure bearing. This product has the characteristics of strong adhesion, high strength and small diameter size and etc, which is able to get into the rock pores and quickly form the chemical sealing layer with the effect of differential pressure, thus enhancing compression strength of stratum.

• Before drilling to the leakage layer about 50m~100m ahead, adjusting the performance of drilling fluid, according to 2%~5% of the volume of the drilling fluid adding borehole wall repairing agent, and getting ready to reduce leaking, as well as cutting down the loss of drilling fluid and the pollution of reserior caused by leaking.

• When it happens to bad well leakage, this product can be used with other lost circulation materials.

• Before accomplish well cementing, add the borehole wall repairing agent of drilling fluid up to 3%~5%, thereby improving the capability of anti breaking and the quality of well cementing.
