Solid lubricant OCL-RH is compound of some amount of non-toxic mineral oil and surfactants with physical and chemical reaction. After adding OCL-RH into the drilling fluid, it will form a layer of adsorption film among the drilling bit, the drilling tools and the other tools thereby used. It can significantly reduce the wear of the drilling tools in the drilling process and adhesion sticking incidents, to extend the drilling tools’ life. This product is a powder, transportation convenient of lubricant with no poison and no harm on the environment. It can be added to all kinds of oil-based drilling fluids and water-based drilling fluids and has no negative effects in relation to drilling rheology.

• Can be used in non-dispersed drilling fluid and dispersed drilling fluid, and has no effect on rheology of drilling fluid.

• Improve mud cake effectively.

• It is highly effective in reducing fluid loss.

• The recommended dosage ranges from 1.75-5.26ppb. For complicated wells the dosage can be increased. That, however, depends on the drilling propertiesand the downhole situation.

• It can be packed in tri-layer paper bags with polyethylene liners with 25kgs.
• Placed in dry, ventilated, shady and given cool circumstances its storage life is two years.
