- This plant is used to produce Sheet Molding Compound (SMC) which is new type thermosetting molding plastics.
- This kind plastic are widely used in automotive industry, rail vehicles, construction, electrical, communication engineering, catering appliances, sports equipment etc. This unit produces smc sheet by forming sandwich structure which outside are two layer films and polyester resin, fiber glass, release agent, hardening agent ect in the middle.
- It adopts advanced mechanical structures & technilogy. It has achieved domestic advanced level with advanced technology and reasonable craft, high degree automation and high outputs.
- It is PLC digital control,including resin feeding.It can achieve vacuum charging resin to doctor blade.Even mixture, easy cleaning and more automation.

Working
By forming a sandwich structure which the outside are two films and polyester resin, fiber glass yarn. release agent, hardeny agent, thickening agent, stuffing pigment etc in the middle.
Main Parts : host, curly part, cutting part and electrical control part
- Host: frequency conversion motor. Materials are compacted by belt chains(SS) which are controled by pneumatic form.
- Curly Part: torque motor driven; speed can be adjusted at any time; automatic; effort saving.
- Cutting Part: variable speed motor; helical cutting roller(increase work life of rubber roller and blade); If high fiberglass content is required, such as above 30%, double roller can be designed on the machine. Any special requirements, contact me.
- Electrical Control Part: centrol control to meet production requirements; components are well known brand.

SMC Water Tank Production Machinery
- There are four parts: SMC Paste Mixing System, Main Compacting System, Final SMC Sheet reel-up part, Fiber glass Yarn cutting part and electrical control part.
- Main Compacting System uses frequency conversion motor. Materials are compacted by belt chains which are controlled by pneumatic form. The belt chains are made of stainless steel. Take-up part adopts torque motor-driven and take-up speed can be adjusted at any time. It takes up finished products automatic and is effort-saving.
- Cutting part uses variable speed motor. The cutting roll is helical. This can increase working life of the rubber roller and blade. If high fiberglass content is required,such as above 30%,we can design double cutting rollers on this machine.Also we can design machine according customer's special requirements.We can discuss together.
- Electrical control part is adopted central control (PLC) to meet the production requirements and all electrical components are from well-known brands to ensure its accurate and reliable
HOW TO GET FINAL SMC PRODUCTS?
A:after getting smc sheet/composite, you will need MOULD & Hydraulic Press to forming the final SMC Products, such as Electric Cable Box, Meter Box, Tile, Auto Spare Pare, Manhole Cover, Water Tank ect.
