1. Mobile Rotary Screens Application:

The mining mobile rotary screen(trommel screen) provide a simple, efficient and economical solution to upgrade a wide rang of material and optimize the subsequent process steps of recovery. This method of screening helps to reduce operating and investment cost and to increase product quality, while allowing rapid and large volume processing.

This material is then passed on to the downstream process equipment which can be in various forms such as centrifugal Concentrator, spirals, jigs etc.

2. Gold dust separating procedure of Mobile Rotary Screen

a) Input of raw materials through heavy equipment   

Raw materials inputted through the entrance of the hopper will be pushed into the trommel screen by the strong water pressure of the shower equipped in the hopper.  

b) Selection and cleaning of raw materials

Raw materials of the trommel screen will be cleaned and selected by the rotation of trommel screen and, by watering of the shower inside, run into the gold dust separate panel.

c) Collecting of gold dust separated

Soil and sands with lighter specific gravity will flow away but gold dusts with greater specific gravity will be staying in the gathering mat to be collected

3. Mobile Rotary Screen Working Principle:

Using excavator to feed raw material to the hopper, then, they flow into double trommel, big stones and pebble can be separated and flow outside of the equipment, mineral aggregate with gold whose diameter is less than 6mm can enter into the beneficiation sluice through inner trommel screen, there is a fixed and high extraction ratio gold felt sluice in one side of the beneficiation sluice to extract gold particle.

The machine is equipped with big flow capacity and big head water pump, can supply high pressure water for hopper, trommel, the mineral aggregate with gold will flow through the gold felt in the effect of self weight and waterpower, lighter mud or sand will be washed away and big specific gravity gold is left on the gold felt.
