3. Hydraulic ironworker Main usage
The machine is mainly used for cutting flat bar, profile, punching hole and notching.It can be widely used in Shipyard, Electric , Elevator, Bridge, Steel mould, Auto-mobile, Hosting & Transportation, Communication Tower, Environmental Equipment, Metal Construction and other machinery factories etc.
4. Performance and features of hydraulic ironworker
Flat bar cutting, profile cutting, punching hole and notching work can be perfomed on the machine within the rated specification, with extra equipment, the machine i able to cut, punch and bend in special shape.
The machine adopted hydraulic driving system and has a design scientific, multifunction, humanization, perfect atructure and appearance, with light weight and low noise, stable performance and overload protecting device.
5. Hydraulic ironworker Construction
1) The bed
The bed of the machine is composed of body, seat, profile steel bracket, angle steel bracket and cutting working table. The body and the seat are of welded constructions, others are bolt-connected ones which give the machine great strength and rigidity and dallow easy dismounting during repairing the machine.
(1) An adjustable friction block for limiting the left-right movement of the blade is mounted on the right hous.
(2) An automatic hold-dow for holding the angle steel to be cut is fitted on the angle steel bracket (depend on the machine model).
(3) With the square and round aperture of various sizes on the profile steel bracket.The machine is able to cut various square and round bars.
(4) The plate steel shearing working table is fitted with an automatic hotd-down and baffleplate which is adjustable and fixed position for flat bar and angle steel shearing.
2) Profile steel shearing
This position is fitted as standard with bladfs which is a solid structcre and has four apertures to cut angle steel, round & square bar, flat bars and notch steel plate with extra tookings on the square and round bars cutting apertures channel and joist bars cutting also be performed. The beam is connected with the kit cylinder of which the top end is hinged the frame driving by the oil cylinder the beam swings to perform cutting.
The upper notching blade is fixed on the tool post by bolts. There are 3static blades on both side can be adjusted to allow sufficient cutting clearance.
A side guage and a back guage are fitted on the notching table to allow the plate to be notched on the correct position.
3) Punching hole
The punch is fixed on the loweer end of the piston rod of the oil cylinder wity locking nut and the die is fixed in the adaptor. After the punch and die are aligmed each other, the bolts should be tightened. To punch square and slot hole, there is a quide on the side surface of the piston rod, besides, a slot hole positioning slot is milled on the connector and the top of the punch to prevent the punch from being turned with additional toolings on this station, bending, tube notching, louvre punching, large hole punching, channel, joist, wedpunching work can all be performed. The Max.capacity of the machine is 3~6mm(T)*100~500mm(L).
