China New Technology Rubber Crumb Production Line

This rubber crumb production line adopts a set of new technology to produce 10-30 mesh rubber crumb from waste tyre

1 rubber circle cutting machine

Cut the sidewall of the tyre out for the next process. Set the tyre on the round table, revolve the hand wheel then the triangle rack will fix the tyre firmly. Start the machine, working table will rotate. The knife then start cut the tyre slowly untile cut the sidewall out.

2 rubber circle press machine

separate the stell wire of the tyre mouth

3 rubber slitting machine

Cut the tyre after removing the sidewall into strips, and the width of strip is adjustable. The two round plate knife adopts unique hard material and can be used repeatedly.

4 rubber blocks cutting machine

Cut the rubber strips above into blocks about 50*50mm

5 tyre crusher

crush the rubber blocks into 5-10 mesh rubber powder

6 Large vibreating screen

select the rubber powder to the next process

7 large conveyor belt

the bigger rubber block not pass the large vibrating screen will be conveyed to the rubber crusher again.

8 Small conveyor belt

delivery the rubber powder to the big magnetic separator

9 Large magnetic separator

separate steel wire from the rubber powder

10 Small vibrating screen

select the rubber powder to the next process, and the bigger rubber pellets will be conveyed to the big conveyor belt back to brush.

11 Small magnetic separator

 separate the stell wire out deeply

12 fibre separation machine

collect the small fiber to get pure rubber powder
