Structure & Features

The material of roller is chilled cast iron, Which has high hardness and abrasion resistance.

The roller is drilled or cavity to cool and heat by water, which can ensure the even and constant temperature of roller surface.

The transmission system is adopted hardened reducer, which has compact structure and low noise.

Hydraulic and electric reverse devices is inatalled to ensure safety production.

The lubrication system is entire circulating lubrication, which can reduce oil leakage.

Optional devices
