     It is mainly used for thermal refining,sheeting,plasticating,rubber mixing and small sample or small production.

Structure feathures

    1.The roller's material is Chilled cast iron,with hard and abrasion-resistant surface.Roller structure:hole     drilling style or hollow style is used for heating or cooling to make the roller surface temperature uniformity. 

    2.Transmission system uses hard gear speed reducer,compact structure,low noise and high efficiency.

    3.The roller adopts self-aligning bearing,with low energy waste,convininent maintainment and long service  

 life.

    4This machine sets hydraulic pressure and electrical reverse braking device.When emergency occurs,press the switch and the machine will brake or reverse,by that it can be safe and relible.

    5.Lubrication system adopts the intregrated circulating lubrication which can reduce the condition of oil leakage.
