working principle

(1) Guiding device The device is mainly used for guide cloth cushion under tension, which consists of safety protection support, frame and tension device, automatic deviation rectifying device, mobile frame. Control the tension by magnetic powder tension device artificially according to the requirement of produce technology.

(2) Floss absorption device This device is mainly composed of brush roller, power equipment, supporting roller and dust collection device.  Remove the impurity by the rotation of roller and collect dust by absorption. The spreading roller has been under electroplating process.

(3)Water tank body and roller are made by 304 stainless steels. Water squeeze roller is plastic and lifted by pneumatic elevator. To sweep the cloth with brush and Clean the dust in cushion cloth gap with high-pressure roller.

(4)Drying device    The drying device is made of 12 stainless steel rollers, whose temperature is controlled automatically. The rotation speed of roller is controlled by frequency conversion and it can bear 6kg pressure.

(5) Cushion cloth coiling apparatus       This device is mainly used to coil cushion cloth after renovating, which consists of coiling frame, square shaft seat, power devices. Square shaft lock device adopts self-locking structure, whose speed is controlled by torque controller. The cloth is winded by the automatic rectifying device to the tidy cloth, and the speed is controlled automatically according to the diameter of cloth.
