l  Structure description

It is mainly composed of  coiling device, extension device, automatic correction device, tension device, unhairing dust collection device, guide device, etc.

Cushion cloth opens by guide device under the condition of the tension device produces tension ,the unhairing impurities such as dust collection device to remove the glue, and roller anti-wrinkle, sent to the take-up device coiling, the photoelectric sensor placemat offset to control the movement of the correction device , so as to achieve the huge coiling neat requirements;Tightness of patch winding is controlled by a guide to open magnetic powder tension control, strength by manual adjustment according to the technical requirement (up to 50 n. m).
