Normally, ordered items will be packed in carton boxes for delivery.

1) if your order's quantity is not very big (namely :sample trial order ), most of the items ordered will be sent within the next 2 or 3 working days after payment is confirmed

2) items will be 100% checked by our professional inspector before shipping

3) We will choose DHL, ups ,Fedex or any other express way as discussed!

4) Delivery time is approximately15 to 20 working days (excluding Saturday & Sunday, Public Holiday) to most destinations.
5) We are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issue aroused by the shipping service. For item's safety, insurance is highly recommended.

1) Warranty time is 1 year! The warranty period is a year from the date of original purchase.

       Q: Is sample charged by customer?
A: If you are our new customer, it would be charged at the first time. However the sample fee will be deducted from your following order. For the current customer, sample will be free of charge, besides we offer the latest product information. 

Q: How’s the lead-time for regular products?
A: Generally speaking, we have regular products in stock most of the time. By air, it would be 4-8 days. If we freight by ship, it would be 7-45 days per our distance.

Q: How long is the lead-time if something is out of stock?
A: it takes 15-25 days

Q: How many ways do you provide for shipping?
A: we suggest to go air if it’s not a big volume order because of its convenience and speed. If it’s a big volume order, we suggest freight by ship. 

Q: How long it takes for the whole new product development process?
A: Our new product development flow goes like this. Artwork design---Mold casting---Mold trial---Sampling---Sample confirmation---Production---Packing material design---design confirmation---QC and packing---shipping. It takes around 60-90 days if everything goes well.
