A1: Sample order is acceptable. Please contact us and make sure what sample do you need.

Q2: How about the packing and shipping?

A2: Normally, we have carton for packaging. And send goods only by cartons.If you have any other special requirements, please feel free to contact us.

Q3: How about the OEM/ODM service?

A3: We provide all kinds of OEM/ODM service, For example Logo printing on housing, Customized packing, product Customization. Please contact with us to make sure the detail things before placing order. Pls don't hesitate to tell us your ideas. 

Q4. How's the quality control?

A4: We are ensure 100% good quality before ship to clients. Usually there is 4-5 times ONE BY ONE testing during prodution.

Q5: How about warranty and procedure?

A5: Warranty time: 12 months Warranty procedure: 

1) If the cargo has any problem, please contact us on time, we will help you to result in the problem. 

2) If the problems still cannot be solved after checking within warranty time, the user can return the defective unit, we will repair and send it back to you. Attention: Customers need to be responsible for the shipping costs.
