Multi-Media filter

This equipment is mainly used for removing big particles, seston and colloid from water for dropping turbidity,and is applicable for the pretreatment of various water or primary filter for industrial water of low quality. The filter material is quartz sand, anthracite and pyrite ore which shall be selected according to the actual demands. The equipment enclosure is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, A3 plastic lined steel and stainless steel.It applies manual control and imported Autotrol/Fleck multiple valve control.

Active carbon filer

Active carbon filter mainly removes remained chlorine(exceeding 98%)from water with the porous and adsorbing nature of active carbon , and can also effectively remove organic,colloid, heavy metal, pigment and odor. The equipment can be used for the pretreatment phase for reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration and ion exchange system, and can improve the quality of input water of various water treatment equipments and assure the effective and stable work of followup equipment.

Fully automatic water softener

Water softener is applicable for boiler,circulating water for central air conditioner, and soft water for chemical,light textile and medicine industries, or equipment for preventing scale.Water softener applies imported Autotrol Fully Automatic Multiple Valvecontrol,and the entire work procedure,including exchangesoftening,blackwash,salt feeding,regenerating and cleaning, is controlled with automatic control system rather than manual control.

Precise filter

Series precise filter composes of stainless steel enclosure and filter core whose precision grade ranges 0.1um100um for protecting the reverse osmosis membrane from particles and seston, andis also used for removing bacterium and clarifying in medicine and wine. It requires replacing the filter core when the input and output water pressure difference exceeds 0.1MPa after using for1-6months.

Principle of Electrodialysis

EDI is a revolutionary technology for the water treatment .This technology uses the demineralization process of electrical regeneration ion exchange instead of traditional demineralization process of mixed ion exchange DI .The resin and selective ion membrane can reach high desalination effect by exchanging the ion ,and if the process is combined with reverse osmosis ,the water quality can be up to 15-18 Mn.CM EDI uses the standard modules in design and can be assembled into arbitrary system according to the requirement ,water output can be up to 0.5-60M3/H

No salt needed

EDI does not consume salts in operation and need much lower operating expenses. So EDI does not need recycle the concentrate ,which makes the system much simpler. EDI without salt, reduce the operating cost.

Counter flow

Concentrate and electrolyte stream flowing into EDI in opposite directions can avoid fouling largely. Then it broadens the feed water limit adequately.

Low energy consumption

The unique chambers design make the EDI consume lower energy. EDI fully filled with resin make the EDI module resistivity significantly reduced, which makes the energy consumption save largely.
