Aluminum range hood filter

 

Range hood filter are composed of aluminum foil that has been slit and expanded. The filtration media for this filter consists of either eight layers of flat expanded foil or six layers of corrugated expanded foil, depending on frame thickness. The face grids are expanded aluminum. Frame is a miter cornered aluminum channel secured by an aluminum blind rivet

 

Material and Technology:

It is made of aluminum frame, aluminum Expanded metal mesh and aluminum foil wire mesh through cutting, Stamping and assembling.

 

Finishes: Chemical Film, Clear or Black Anodize, Powder Coating.
