Range Hood Filter, Cooker Hood Filter, Grease Filter

 

Range hood filter are composed of aluminum foil that has been slit and expanded. The filtration media for this filter consists of either eight layers of flat expanded foil or six layers of corrugated expanded foil, depending on frame thickness. The face grids are expanded aluminum. Frame is a miter cornered aluminum channel secured by an aluminum blind rivet.

 

Material and Technology: It is made of aluminum frame, aluminum expanded metal mesh and aluminum foil wire mesh through cutting, stamping and assembling.

Specification: according to the drawing and requirement of the customers.

Characteristic: the filtration pore have square, rhombus and circle. Beautiful and practical, the thickness can be changed through changing the layer; good aeration and reducing the damage degree of the blower.
