JN UV-1309 Ultraviolet Absorbent

v  Product characteristics

This ultraviolet absorbent finishing agent contains materials which can absorb ultraviolet rays,. It isnontoxic and safe to human body. It will cause no irritation or allergy to the skin. It will not change the color, fiber strength, moisture absorption or breathability of original fabrics. The treated fabric can shield ultraviolet radiation effectively by easily absorbing 180-400nm wavelength ultraviolet rays, especially UV-A and UV-B. The Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) of pure cotton plain cloth after being treated with the product will exceed 50, and will still remain so after the cloth is washed 40 times. This product not only improves cotton fabric’s ability to resist ultraviolet, but also reduces the absorption of ultraviolet by fabric dyes so that photochemical reaction can be avoided and light fastness be improved.

1     Padding

Technological Process:bleaching and dyeing the fabric→ padding ultraviolet absorbent liquid→ drying the fabric(80~110°C), stentering (160~170°C, 30s or 120°C, 5~6min).

2     Coating:

Technological Process: bleaching and dyeing the fabric→coating→ drying the fabric(→baking at high temperature or stentering).

3Impregnation

Impregnation is applied to fabrics and yarn which are pure terylene and chinlon.
