JN BA-3312 Environmental Friendly Textile Printing Emulsion

v       Product introduction

JN BA-3312 is a new-generation and environmental friendly self-crosslinking acrylics latex which does not contain APEO (alkylphenol ethoxylates) and is designed and used in fabric pigment printing. Its outstanding hand feeling renders good softness to printed fabric, and it can be used in discharge printing.

JN BA-3312 is a very stable synthetic emulsion polymer. The printing paste that is prepared by it can be continuously added in production for a long time and does not cause blocking to the screens. Its compatibility with synthetic thickener is very excellent. The viscosity required for printing can be achieved by only using a small amount of synthetic thickener, and the cost can be reduced on the basis of obtaining the same printing effect.

JN BA-3312 is quite applicable to the formula for simple printing paste. Our experimental result shows that JN BA-3312 can be used in printing paste prepared with synthetic thickener or emulsion thickening. Usually, the printing paste prepared with synthetic thickener has great advantage in improving color brilliance, film-forming performance, reducing cost and protecting environment etc. The chemical compatibility of printing adhesive and synthetic thickener which are popular in market is not ideal and restricts the thickening effect. JN BA-3312 is an excellent product designed for the compatibility of printing synthetic thickener.

Add the water to a high speed agitator, then slowly add defoamer and synthetic thickener, and then mix it till it becomes thicker like a paste.

  1. Put the color paste into the reserve paste and mix it evenly at a high speed.

            2. Pump JN BA-3312 in and mix it evenly at a high speed until it becomes homogeneous.

v       Storage condition

Store the product in a tightly sealed container and avoid freezing and high temperature. The shelf life is 6 months. The storage temperature is suggested to be 5~35°C.
