v  Function

JN XS-8004 Defoamer has high surface activity, good chemical stability, strong oxidation resistance and low volatility. It’s non-toxic and non-corrosive. The product is mainly used for defoaming aqueous phase systems. It has excellent defoaming effect and has no side-effects. Its dosage is low and it defoams fast. The product can be applied in many areas such as paper-making, textile , printing and dyeing, batch washing,chemical industry, food, building coatings, sewage disposal and so on for defoaming.

Add the product directly to the defoaming medium while stirring it continuously to distribute it evenly in the defoaming medium. Or dissolve the product with fresh water (dissolves fast in warm and hot water), then add or inject the diluted product into the foaming system continuously or intermittently. Make sure the product is distributed evenly to achieve optimal effects. Once the solution of the product is prepared, it should be used immediately. Long-time storage of the prepared solution should be avoided. 0.01-0.1% of the product is used for the foaming medium, and the exact amount depends on the foaming medium and technological process. Stir the product continuously until it is distributed evenly in the fresh water before its usage.

The product should be stored in a cool and shady place(5°C-30°C). Avoid freezing and sun exposure. Stir the product continuously until it is distributed evenly before its usage.

25kg, 200kg, 1000kg plastic drum, or according to customer requirements.
