JN PUD-6002 Waterborne Polyurethane Emulsion
v Introduction
JN PUD-6002, an improvement of JN PUD-6001, is a waterborne anionic polyurethane emulsion, its film is slightly softer than JN PUD-6001, and its activation temperature is slightly higher. JN PUD-6002 is a heat-activated polyurethane resin adhesive, and exhibits outstanding adhesive properties for many synthetic and natural materials, applicable in furniture, automotive, footwear, construction and other industries, possessing all the excellent properties of JN PUD-6001.

v Application
The product can be used in laminating or vacuum forming of PVC, ABS, PS, PU board, linen compression molded plate, cotton blankets compression molded plate, non-woven fabric, leather and so on. It can be used in the field of automobile roof, door panels, seats, dashboard etc.
v Usage
1, Cleaning the surface: the surface to be painted should be cleaned to remove the dust, oil and so on.
2 ,
Spraying: uniformly spray the product on the surface to be coated by using a spray gun. The coating can be dried more quickly by heating. Make sure the bonding temperature is within the range of activation temperature and select the best spray amount and the most suitable adhesive bonding process according to the actual adhesive results .
3, Curing: place the bonded parts in the open air let them cure naturally. These parts can be further processed or packaged 70 hours after bonding. Recommended test time is 7 days after the binding.
4, Storage: tighten the cap lid immediately after use and make sure it is sealed tightly. During storage, small amount of curing and crust may appear in the sealing place which does not affect product performance. After removing them, the product can be used as usual.
v Caution
Avoid freezing, and the optimum storage temperature is between 5 ~ 30 °C. The storage period is 6 months; packaging containers must be tightly sealed and avoid direct exposure to sunlight, otherwise the evaporation of water will make it form a non-redispersible polymer film.
