1. This equipment adopt weightometer can make the assistant added automatically, many functions can be realized by PLC control system through liquid level sensor, temperature sensor, flowmeter and frequency changer as follow: Liquid level controlled automatically, water tempreture controlled automatically, content of emulsion water and asphalt adjusted automatically.

2. The equipment is compact and small-sized; It is applicable to on-site continuous production.

3. Equipped with high-efficient heat exchanger; It's environmental-friendly and energy-saving.

4. The high-efficient fine emulsifying machine equipped with specially-treated stators and rotors has favorable wear-resistance and decay-resistance, which guarantee the effect and stability of emulsifying.

5. All materials that make contact with the emulsifying agent are made of stainless steel, which makes it decay-resistant and applicable to production of all kinds of emulsified asphalts.
