Product Description

Emulsified asphalt is a kind of road paving material which needs no heating when it is applied. It can be sprayed or paved or mixed under normal temperature. It is widely applied in the road construction and maintenance projects, such as micro-surfacing, slurry seal, road surface repairing, material recycling, reconstruction of low-graded pavement etc.
Model LR6A Emulsion plant is a professional plant for producing asphalt emulsion. It is popular among customers for its high performance and low cost.

LR6 Asphalt Emulsion Plant is consist of asphalt supplying system; Emulsifier proportioning and emulsion supplying system; Colloid mill; Flow measuring system; Motor frequency conversion speed adjusting system; Hot oil heating system and finished product storage/ relay tank etc.
1. All parts on the equipment are rationally compacted. It is of a container design and convenient for transportation.
2The equipment introduced two modes of controlling, one is of fully automatic and the other is of manually operation. The delivery of asphalt is conducted by a constant rated gear pump, which can make a guarantee of the constancy of asphalt flowing rate and also can provide the metering base for soap
3The latex is added into the soap delivery pipelines through a special metering pump in production, which can give an insurance of no effect to the emulsion blending made by latex.
4It is installed with heat exchanger of high-efficiency. The finished asphalt emulsion can be cooled to normal temperature by the exchanger and got its storage stability been improved, which facilitate the production of modified asphalt emulsion well;
5Prepare a large hot water storage tank. The tank can be used for the storage and circulating of the cooled water and also can make a hot water supply for emulsion production so as to improve the productivity.
