A: Our warranty period is one year generally. We can supply spare parts.

Q: Do you provide after-sale service?
A: Yes. We have a professional after-sale service team to promptly and thoroughly solve your problems.

Q: Do you provide equipment operation training?
A: Yes. We can send professional engineers to the working site for equipment installation, adjustment, and operation training. All of our engineers have passports.

Q: Do you provide beneficiation flow chart?
A:  Yes, our experienced engineers are specialized in dedign various mixer and filling line and all is based on your requirements. 

Q: Can we take material and do a test in your factory? A: Before you coming, just contact with me if we has the machine in factory yes you can test. ?
A: Yes. You can send your samples to us for test and analysis.

Q: For the function mixer , the viscosity of material is 50000cps,does mixing it is ok?
A: yes that is no problem ,we has double planetary mixer and tri-shaft mixer,which both main for the high viscosity. 

Q: our material is Mayonnaise, does your vacuum emulsifying mixer mixing it is  ok?
A: That depend on your technology art, some clinets just using vacuum emulsifying mixer is ok but some need connect with our colloid mill. colloid can mill the material more fine and smooth.
