2.Basic structure
The dual shaft mixer consists of Cylinder score, high speed dispersing system, mixing system, electric control system, hydraulic lifting system, rack and etc. Dual shaft mixers generally are in two kinds: Co-axial mixer and two shaft mixer. According to different production requirements, high speed dispersing can combine with butterfly type, anchor type, frame type, vertical screw type, ribbon type and some other low-speed mixer. The cylinder score can chose jacket type to finish heating, cooling and other functions. Keep a constant temperature of the materials during production.
