80nm boron nitride, sphere, white color, Powder

Normally people believe that Hexagonal Boron Nitride is flate shape with crystal particle size from 500nm to 10micron. Even the smallest single crystal is flate shape. But we have developed BN with  sphere like the SEM showing. And also we make XRD approve it is boron nitride.

 

Now we can get this nano BN sphere  with 96% purity.We now study on purifing the powder. Actually it is different with normal micron size BN.
